Quanhui Machine Manufacture Co., Ltd. was established in October 1982. It locates in the center of Zouqu industrial district. We have two manufacture factories and a electroplating factory, with a total area of 50000 square meters. The building area is about 25,000 square meters. At present, the registered capital of our company is 50 million yuan. Nearly 200 people are working in the company. Our company is the high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu province working on the metallurgical equipment and spare parts, the research on quenching roll of round-welded steel plate, the large parts used for hydro, wind and nuclear power. We always focus on developing the market actively both at home and abroad with the goal of pursuing advanced production, technology and management. And our company has become a competitive one in the same industry.
We have established a co-partnership company called Changzhou Bonsen Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. It specializes in design, development on new products and market. We also own a technical development center and a laboratory which can be accomplished by non-destructive test, metallographic, mechanical and chemical analysis. Our company has variable production equipment of domestic leading technology—more than 80 sets in which is equipped with a 14 meter CNC vertical lathe, a CNC gantry milling machine with working table of 15×5×3 m, a CNC horizontal lathe with diameter of 2.2×25 m, a medium frequency quenching equipment for rollers(length for shafts could be 10m, diameter for barrels and discs could be 2m), 17 large car grinding machines, 9 boring-milling machines, 2 rolling machines, more than 30 welding machines and 10 electric furnaces, etc.
Our manufacture capacity is more than 5000 tons. The products are widely used in the industries of metallurgy, machinery, mining and energy(large crank shaft, back-up roll and so on). We have the self-managerial import & export authority and our products are popular in the global market. The customers from Germany, Japan, India, Malaysia and Taiwan(China) all give high evaluation on our products and service.
Our company has the certification of Quality Management System Requirement(GB/T/19001-20001dt IS9001:2000) and Environmental System Requirement(ISO14001：2004). The quenching roll of round-welded steel plate applied for galvanizing, annealing and pickling lines has become the high-tech product in Jiangsu province. And our company also owns many national invention patents and practical new model patents.
Our company nearly has no competitor in the manufacture of quenching roll. We have the abilities of design, fabricate and recycle on the quenching roll. At present, we have more than a dozen of global customers including Andritz Metals, Herrenknecht, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Nippon Steel, Chugai Ro, JFE, Posco, Bao Steel, etc. We will make efforts to achieve the global sales and service in the future years. The strategic emphasis will be put on the EU, Japan, emerging economies of India and Southeast Asia. Furthermore, we will set 2-3 regional sales and service centers to develop new markets and provide better service.
