HECERE has been engaged in the manufacture of PVC cards and RFID tags since 2008. So far thecompany has 150 employees and operates all over the world.
We have 16 RFID inlay bonding machine to produce dry inlay in dust-free environment. The entire bonding process is monitored by software to ensure welding accuracy. There are 8 RFID tag automatic lamination machines combine the RFID inlay, surface material and support paper. All inlay bonding and lamination are done automatically by machines and reviewed manually to ensure stable production. The quality inspection department has 40 people and is equipped with 30 sets of professional testing equipment. It perform read-write and visual inspection on every label produced.
HECERE has a complete smart PVC card production line, which can independently produce RFID cards, contact chip cards, magnetic stripe cards, and shaped cards.
