Fabric use on fabric including microfiber, satin, flannel, sherpa, velvet, cotton, T C and C V C.
From the gray fabric woven and till dying or printing, we have professional technical man responsible for it.
Factory process from inspection fabric, cutting, sewing, quilting, inspection and package first process are fabric inspection machine check all fabric, we have 5 0 sewing workers, 1 2 single quilting machines and one automatic cutting machine, so capacity is very high.
For inspection we has 12 persons, as we do lots of amazon goods so we are about quality much, for package we has vacuum pack machine, so that can compress big comforter to very smaller, so that save transport fee for customer, also has filler machine to match comforter sets inside cushion filler.
Our factory care about quality and delivery time, we have staff around 45 persons and very stronger team to service big customer.
We have own design team, label design person, package design person, quality control system, most important we has good price. Our company had attend canton fair and frankfurt fair every year.
