II. Introduction to Dongan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.
Dongan Construction (Steel Structure) Engineering Co., Ltd ("Dongan Steel Structure") is subordinated to Harbin Dongan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd, with Class I qualification of professional contractor of steel structure and certifications of ISO9001, and is a modern professional company in production and installation of H-Series steel structure products, EPS sandwich panel, composite slab building, profiled plate and their matching products. Dongan Steel Structure has advanced computer numerical control production equipment. The products are widely used in various industrial plants, power plant construction, stadiums, warehouses and other projects.
Dongan Steel Structure locates in the beautiful Hanan Industrial New City, with floor area of about 26,000m2, annual output of steel structure of more than 20,000t, annual output of various composite boards and profiled plates of more than 1 million square meters. In 2012, the Company invested RMB 110 million to build a new production base with a total floor area of about 50,000m2 in Wuchang Niujia Industrial Park. The plant area is 16,000 square meters, and the office building construction area is 2,000 square meters. The Company has the capacity to process various types of sheet metal in heavy-duty and light steel structures, covering the field of steel structure processing, and to achieve leapfrog upgrades in industrial capabilities.
The Company established Harbin Dongan Construction (Plate) Co., Ltd in the old plant area on March 1, 2017, with business mainly including steel structure maintenance system, production and processing of new and energy saving building materials, color plates, sandwich panels, color steel profiled board, houses in form of containers, K-type mobile houses and villa houses maintenance materials, as well as integrated house products.
