Master United Corp. Is the company who focuses on the export of the screw and hardware over than 40 years, from TAIWAN, CHINA and VIETNAM. For the initial 20 years, MUC did trading to serve good quality product from Taiwan. Then, with the rising of Chinese manufacture ability, we had made a decision to build our first factory in Zhejiang, China in the year 1996. From then on, we combine the trading and manufacturer together, to offer the customer most competitive price with good quality.
The product we produce as: DRYWALL SCREW, CHIPBOARD SCREW, TAPPING SCREW, SELF DRILLING SCREW, MACHINE SCREW, FURNITURE SCREW and any OEM special screws with the drawing. The capability length is from 6mm to 260mm and O. D. from M3 to M8. For the package, we can offer not only the basic bulk carton packing, but also PAPER BOX, BAG, PLASTIC BOX, ASSORTMENT to meet the DIY market's request.
With the successful experience in China, we have explored our second factory in Ho chi Minh, Vietnam. The items produced in Vietnam are similar as those in China, but enlarge our capacity from the original 800 tons/month to 1200 tons/month. Moreover, there is an advantage in Vietnam. Since CANADA has an anti-dumping policy against Taiwan and China shipment, shipping from Vietnam becomes a solution of the business.
While we have moved most standard items to China and Vietnam factory, we also have upgraded our production technique to higher level products, such as AUTOMOBILE PARTS, CNC, TURNING PARTS and so on. There is sufficient support of all kinds of materials, tooling, technicians and coating technique to create a perfect product. Only with the drawing with detailed description, we can follow it to produce exactly as the customer request.
