"PaMi", our brand name, means "Sun-dried Noodles" in Taiwanese. It adheres to the tradition method of continuous drying under the sunshine, using three simplest raw materials - wheat flour, water and salt without any additives. Therefore, our "PaMi" are natural and also rich in minerals and vitamins.
Our mission is to promote "PaMi" to every corner of the world like Italian pasta or Japanese ramen and let everyone enjoy our "PaMi", Taiwan's Sun-dried Noodles.
