Our Engineer Team and Service

MR.Liu Xianghua and MR.Zhong Dazhou, as the head engineers of our injection and molding departments, they had been dug in this industry for around 20 years and had worked at Taiwan and Japanese factories for many years before join Tsunami.

At Tsunami, they had diligently finished more than 500 sets of molds, that half of them are big molds with our own various machines of grinding, milling, EDM and CNC etc. After tooling part, we had our own lab center for testing all the mold and product made. We also own around 15 injection machines with a production capacity of 3000 pieces per day.Thus we can provide flexible and versatile solutions as designing, making mold, testing and producing for every customer who want a perfect plastic case.
