Chongqing Tai Cang Technology Co.,LTD(original Chongqing Pan Long Die Casting Co.,LTD), with the total land occupation of 34408 square meters and the building area of 25037 square meters, is a private-owned enterprise which specializes in developing and manufacturing motorcycle cylinder blocks and motorcycle cylinder caps.More than 1000 workers including about 40 R&D-people are devoting themselves to the company.We company ,with strong technology-force,complete inspection method,has about 600 precise equipment,such as: fast focusing melting furnace,rotating degassing refiner,automatic die-casting machine,through-out heat treating process production line,surface passivation and processing production line,processing center,CNC honing machine,CNC special lathe, boring machine,etc;Besides ,we have 6 advanced machining production line and advanced measuring methods and equipment such as : all-automatic 3-coordinate measuring machine,roundness instrument,spectrometer,roughness measuring machine,Brinell and Rockwell hardness measuring machine,and physical&chemical test central Lab.
The annual output of our motorcycle cylinder blocks is about 10 million,and the annual output of our motorcycle cylinder caps is 1 million.We company ,being the leading-place in the double-metal cylinder field around the country , has complete series of cylinder blocks and caps,such as: CB series,CG series,CL series,Double-cylinder series,watercooling series,GY6 series,GS series,GN series,etc,all together there are about 300 sorts and about 1000 status.We company, with a strong team of research and developement of new products , can develope about 20 kinds of new products per year,among which the watercooling series are listed in the city technology-committe key product project.
