PLY DEVELOPMENT HOLDING LIMITED was set up in 2017 with its head office in Hong Kong and also Shenzhen, China. We have our own sweater manufacturing factory in Tongxiang, Zhejiang province in Mainland China which was founded in 2003
We have computer knitting machines ranging from 3 gauge, 5 gauge, 7 gauge , 9 gauge, 12 gauge, 14 gauge to 16 gauge and also seamless whole garment knitting machine exporting sweaters to our existing US, EU & Australia customers via our main communication hub in our Hong Kong office and sub office in Shenzhen, China.
Our factory has around 150 workers with sweater production capacity around 100,000pcs per month.
We are BSCI certified factory.
We have very strong R & D capability with people & also design sweater computer system SDS-ONE APEX4 that can simulate 3D graphics of any gauge sweater style using any of yarn to save the sample lead time & cost during the development process.
Our normal sampling lead time is 10-14 days. Production lead time is around 35 days to 55 days, depending on complexity of the style.
Normal minimum is 100pc per style and we can produce style under 100pcs with certain upcharge.
We can export garments via Shanghai or Hong Kong port upon request.
