Mr. Ken Su, with strong and profound engineering background in knowledge and practical experience, established QiaoAn as a professional tooling factory of injection in Taipei Taiwan in 1986. After acquiring Howen Enterprise in 1994, the company became a specialized manufacture in plastic base and armrest of task chairs. Along with the growing and for serving and satisfying our clients, Howen moved the factory to Dongguan China, expanded the scale and also added Aluminum die-casting and post-processing into production in 1998 and ne-named as Dongguan Howen Plastic & Metal Product Co. Ltd.
With the spirit of continuous improving and growing, and also the encouragement of upgrading the enterprise from the government, Howen established our subsidiary Dongguan Kentec Office Seating and transformed the enterprise toward vertical supply chain integration in 2008. While pursuing lower cost but also assuring the quality, Howen started a group to gradually work on automatic production in 2013 and has launched robots for automatic polishing into production lines in 2015. Howen steadily refined the production in injection, die-casting, post-processing and tooling, and has achieved 80% of in-house produced components under coping with the developing of Kentec Seating in 2014. The strong engineering and tooling background equipped Howen with the abilities of product design, manufacturing and assembly and being capable to provide Total Solution for clients. For requirements from clients, no matter OEM, customized ODM, components or fully assembled task chairs, Howen can provide clients one-stop shopping with the most optimizing cost and shortened period of product development.
