We established at DongGuan from 2014, have more than 6 years experience in leatherware and handbag business. focus on development, production and wholesale business for man and ladies handbags, belt and leather ware accessories.
Our manufacturing factory near by Shenzhen ,Yantai port around one hours .one hours half to Guangzhou and Hongkong airport. Form the production to logistics and service can quickly respond to market reflected precisely meet customer needs.
All off the samples will be developed in our sample room that make sure to provide customer the best and fast sample. We have three professional R&D to follow up different leatherware types.( prototype lead time :5-10days , sample lead time 7-14days and the same time offer costing with samples ,production lead time :for new style 60-70das,carryover 45-60days).
We are having well trained quality controllers who stationed in every stage which related to Quality. In the factory ,we employ more than 30 QA and QC to follow up the inspection and make sure the quality of each step in production,raw material and semi-product inspection 100%.
Responsible for chemical compliance. Have supplier signed agreement and monitor the chemical test of the material which picked up randomly .ensure the material we used meet requirement of international standard, such as REACH CA65 and CPSIA etc.
We already dedicate our team to Follow up different customers, the team included not only merchandising, production development, but also PMC purchasing, planning production flow ,QA etc. this will make sure everybody in this team well understand the requirement of each customer and make sure to execute the same.
