Zhongtian Supercapacitor Technology Co., LTD

Based on industrial chain of Zhongtian Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ZTT Group"), Zhongtian Technology Emerging Business Group has developed business in new materials and components, including 3D printing, supercapacitors, open cell aluminum foam, polyimide film (hereinafter referred to as "PI film") with the following subsidiaries:

1. ZTT SRIM Additive Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ZTTSRIM")
ZTTSRIM was established in 2018 by ZTT Group and Shanghai Research Institute of Materials, to develop and produce high-quality 3D printing metal powders and provide 3D printing services. It is located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, with a total investment of CNY 200,000,000 (equivalent to USD30.88 million). ZTTRSIM is a high-tech enterprise with core technologies and patents. It has become Chinese Additive Manufacturing Industry Promotion Engineering Partner issued by the Additive Manufacturing Research Institute of MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). ZTTSRIM products include: titanium alloy powder, nickel base superalloy powder, cobalt chromium alloy powder, stainless steel powder, new special alloy additive manufacturing metal powder and related printing services.

2. Zhongtian Supercapacitor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ZTUC")
ZTUC started from supercapacitor division of Zhongtian Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd in 2015. Core technology R&D team of ZTUC come from Tsinghua University and industrial experts, including 6 doctors and 18 masters. Now ZTUC has mastered the core technology of key materials and production process, and obtained more than 10 invention patents. Among these patents, in 2018 China Electrotechnical Association rated "New High Capacity and High- power New Supercapacitor Based on New Foam Aluminum Collector, Mesoporous Activated Carbon and Ionic Liquid" as "world leader". The patent aluminum foam has won the 2019 Patent Award of China Super Capacitor Industry Alliance. With fully automated intelligent production lines, the annual production capacity is 50,000,000 pcs of supercapacitors. Through third-party testing, the products' key parameters are "industry leading".

3. Zhongtian Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ZTEM")
In 2017, ZTEM was established in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province with a registered capital of CNY 300,000,000 (equal to USD4.64 billion), focusing on PI film. ZTEM is the technology leader of PI film manufacturer in China. The products are widely used in FCCL (Flexible Copper Clad Laminate), artificial graphite, flexible displays, aerospace and the rail transit industry.
