Under their effort, we invented our own full automatic micro injection machine, vulcanizing tunnel oven and other advanced equipment, and become the first entrepreneur that realized automatic production lines in this industry. Welldo never stop researching and developing new technology, we summarize experience from practise and then optimize production back and forth. Our strength includes ISO 9001 certificate, 120 sets of full automatic micro injection machine, 30 automatic production lines of glove TPR vulcanizing, 10 sets of high frequency glove sonic welding machine, 4 sets of high power material mixing machine and 4 automatic plastic packaging production lines. The annual output is around 60 million pieces of anti-collision sewing TPR and 3 million pairs of no-stitching knit gloves with one-time shaped sonic welded TPR. Welldo provides full OEM service from raw material mixture, product design, mold creation, automatic production to finished product packaging and delivery to nominated warehouse. We are able to do fast response to client's big and complicated order with a whole set of high efficient solution under the advantages of our standard management system and advanced equipment.
