Our factory has been certified by ISO13485, ISO16949, ISO9001 and ISO14001 and gained the certifications of FDA for medical silicone pelvic trainer and NSF for silicone cross slit valve, also has applied for certification of optical lens intellectual property. With many imported high-precision production and inspection equipment, 100,000-grade dust-free medical and optical workshops, our own mold manufacturing factory, also our engineers have rich experience in silicone and plastic injection molding, especially for silicone control valves and silicone optical lenses, so to provide turnkey solutions for various customized silicone injection products or plastic injection products to customers. From mold design, mold manufacturing, silicone injection molding, plastic injection molding, oil spraying, UV treatment and other post-processing, every process is strictly in accordance with the corresponding management system.
