The GKD Group is an internationally leading weaving technology and services company with around 900 employees worldwide. Alongside the headquarters in Duren, Germany, GKD has six other production sites and representatives all over the globe. GKD China was first established in Beijing in 2005. Now located in Qufu City, Shandong Province, China, the hometown of Confucius. We are mainly engaged in the production and sales of filtration-related filter elements, filter process belts, and filter equipment, covering industries such as automobiles, petrochemicals, food, pharmacy, mining, and environmental protection. The products are mainly used in petrochemical, polymer, plastic, juice squeezing, flue gas desulfurization of thermal power plant, gas filtration, dust removal, mineral screening, dewatering, water treatment and sludge treatment.
Incoming material inspection is an important task to ensure that the raw materials meet the production requirements. The production process includes tool selection and installation, metal mesh cleaning, slitting & cutting, calendaring, punching, ring forming, polishing, ring closing, spot welding, finished product cleaning, final inspection, and packaging. Our current largest filter discs are available in diameters up to 420mm. Cleanliness is the basic condition to ensure the quality of filter products. We use RO water treatment systems to produce pure water for cleaning.
In addition to wire mesh, we also provide customers with various polyester filter fabric and process belt products. Thanks to our adequate stock, we can provide our customers with the products they need at any time. The cutting, edge heat sealing and seaming of the process belts are entirely derived from the craftsmanship of the GKD headquarters. German seaming machine and clipper are critical to ensure the life span of the process belt.
