2.2 The company can provide customers with professional "Pre-shipment Inspection Report" and "Container Supervision Report" for each batch of shipped products
2.3 The company can apply for inspection with SGS and TUV on behalf of customers;
2.4 If the customers feedback or complain for the product quality, the related person will reply within 24 hours with temporary measures and within 48 hours with permanent measures of Corrective and preventive action report
2.5 If customers have suggestions or opinions on product improvement, they can fill in the ECR form (Engineering Change Request) through online customer service and send it to the email address of CEO. We will evaluate and reply within 24 hours.
