Yangjiang Tuozhan Fastener Co., Ltd. was established in 2013, with advanced equipment and production technology. So far, it has invested 15 millions RMB to introduce more than 300 sets of automatic precision manufacturing equipment. Our self-built modern factory covers an area of 6000 square meters.
We have four workshops. No.1 workshop produce precision micro screws from M1.0 to M3.0. No. 2 workshop produce big screws from M3.0 to M8.0. No.3 workshop process different kinds of non-standard screws. No. 4 workshop is the line of wire rod drawing process.
We can produce over 10 million screws per day with selected material and GB, JIS, ANSI and PIN standards.
We have obtained QMS certification of ISO 9001:2015. Our key products are high quality and high value-added products are precision screws, which are widely used in precision electronics, household appliances, furniture, audio equipment, knives & scissors and other industries.
We have a series of testing facilities and instruments including salt spray testing machine, automatic screw selection machine, digital hardness machine, Rockwell hardness machine and so on. We strictly control the quality for our customers and meet their requirements through our continuous improvement.
