Rizhao Dongsheng Carpet is established in 1998 mainly engaged in production of various carpets: Wilton Carpet , Axminster Carpet , Nylon Printed Carpet ,Hand-tufted Carpet etc. It becomes one of China large machine-made carpet production and export bases. We have our own industrial chain covering wool spinning, dyeing, polypropylene spinning, polyamide spinning, twisting, setting, carpet weaving, and carpet finishing etc. All major production equipments are imported from Germany, Britain, Italy, Switzerland and Belgium among which there are 18 carpet production lines, 6 chemical fibers production lines and 2 HD printed carpets production line being at the world advanced level.
The factory has set up carpet research and design center which is ranked top in domestic industry due to strong technical power. This technical center is certified as provincial key technical center by Shandong government. Meanwhile, the group conducts long term cooperation with many colleges and research institutes such as Academy of Arts of Tsinghua University and therefore it has top designing and development capability among fellow enterprises. It is also ranked top in terms of registered IP among fellow enterprises.
The group has set up local sales company in many countries such as USA and Russia etc. as well as 57 sales branches in major and medium size cities across China, with its products sold to major and medium sized cities of China and other 31 countries and regions such as USA, Russia, Japan, EU, Middle East and Taiwan etc. Till now, Dongsheng carpets have been certified by ISO9001 International Quality System, ISO14001 International Environmental Management System and Indoor Air Test of CRI and obtained green pass for international environment-friendly carpets and pure wool certificate of New Zealand. At present, the group has become the first Chinese supplier for US and Japanese merchants to purchase carpets from Chinese markets.
Dongsheng has been evaluated as National Contract-Honoring and Promise-Keeping Enterprise by State General Administration of Industry and Commerce in 12 consecutive years.
