The existing tower crane production equipments：
More than 50 equipments for manufacturing tower crane, such as cutting, welding, abrasive blasting and so on.Now there are 20 machine tools are available for production, large-scale processing equipment has 10 meters and 6.3 meters CNC (Computer Numerical Control) vertical lathe, 20 meters milling machine and 160 boring and milling machine. Travlling Crane, lifting weight is 100 tons, 50 tons,32 tons , 16 tons, 10 tons respectively.
Lathe workshop covers 20000 square meters, its height is 25 meters and convenient for processing and manufacturing of large equipments and parts.Such as the heavy vertical lathe, boring and milling machine and roller gear machine are operated by numerical control.
