In 2011, our leaders established Shanghai SuLianDeng Group Co.,Ltd and extended the business range of producing pipeline products including pipe fittings, elbow, forging products, flanges, flexible hose, compensator, expansion joints, spring hangers, fastener products and etc.
Our company has complete qualifications and was the first obtaining supplier certificates for PetroChina, Sinopec Group, China National Offshore Oil Corporation Ltd in the domestic industry. We also took the lead through ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, Germany Pressure Vessel AD2000 Certification, Special Equipment Manufacture License of Pressure Pipeline Components, American Petroleum Institute Q1 (API Q1) and API 6A Certifications, Pressure Equipment Directive of European Union, French Bureau Veritas Certification and Germanischer Lloyd (GL) Certification as well as many related utility model patent certifications.
The company covers a building area of 8000 square meters and has more than 260 sets of advanced production equipments including a set of 10T intermediate frequency furnace, 5T electroslag furnace, gantry crane, facilities of heating and cleaning treatment of castings, 11 sets of WT-60 type cold bend forming machines and WG-800 type heat bend forming machines, 2 sets of forging air hammers with a maximum processing capacity from 560KG to 1600KG, 5 sets of YQ four-column hydraulic press pipe fitting forming machines with a maximum processing capacity from 200T to 630T and 260 sets of CNC lathes. We have another more than 30 sets of testing equipments and measuring machines to ensure the high quality of the products.
Our cast products reach an annual production capacity of 8000tons while pipe fittings and flange products even reach 30000tons.
Our products are made of carbon steel, alloy steel, heat resistant steel, stainless steel and duplex stainless steel materials. They are widely used in petroleum, chemical, thermal power, heating power, electric power, oil and gas transportation, metallurgical mining, offshore oil, petrochemical, military, aerospace, municipal works, textile, paper making, pharmacy and other pipe system projects.
