Quality Control System
1. Each production group has its own group leader; the leader is responsible for the inspection during process, number adding-up and quality rate compute. The leader will have to assure the product quality in each stage of process.
2. Professional QC
Two QC persons check over all the tubs after production. One QC checks the surface of tubs and tests the systems to make sure the massage systems can work well. The other QC needs to recheck all the tubs again before packing to make sure each tub is completely good.

1. Spraying Shop
a. Spraying gel coat
Large Spray Gun (INDy-X Gel Coat) GlasCraft Inc. is the leader of plural component dispensing systems, parts and services for the global marketplace.
We spray Gel Coat by Spray Guns. Defect of painting can be solved by hand. The Spray Gun can spray Gel Coat evenly on bathtub moulds.
b. The A rotating platform can be rotated when we spray the Gel Coat to make sure Spray Gel Coat are evenly coated on the edge of the door.
c. Thickness Tester (It is suitable for measuring the thickness of gel coat after Spraying.)
2. Heat Chambers
All the tubs need to be put into the heat chambers and cured at elevated temperature in advance for 8 hours to reduce popping. Also, the tubs will not be distorted in the future after this process.
3. FRP
Four-layer high-efficiency glass fiber is fit for whole bathtub body. We thicken the main supporting place. Five-layer high-efficiency glass fiber is used in seat and back. Six-layer high-efficiency glass fiber is used in floor.
We also thicken the place in which holes may be drilled, to make sure all the bathtubs are durable.
4. Mixing Beater
It's used to mix materials (resin, talcum powder, calcium carbonate and scattered glass fiber). The mixture is used to knit door sides together.
