Our factory covers a total area of 6,000 square meters, fully air-conditioned with Class 100,000 Cleanroom. We have F D A, C E, B S C I and I S O 1 3 4 8 5 Certificates. Our main product is disposable Non-Woven Face Masks, which meets international standards. Our BFE reaches 99.8% according to E N 1 4 6 8 3 testing, P F E is 95%. We have 8 automatic production machines now.
We understand customers' requests and have strict quality control system. Major Raw material are tested before purchasing, incoming material are inspected before going into production. Our face masks are producing fully automatically, from material folding, adding nosepiece, sealing mask to ear-loop ultrasonic welding are all done online, no hand touching to keep sanitations. Each machine is controlled by technicians 24 hours to watch over each running step. Every single face mask is checked and inspected before packing. All staff is well trained to follow quality control requests and effectively pick up defects during production and packing.
