Since its inception, the company has been growing and has become the largest private enterprise specializing in the production of cast iron dryers in China. Dandong Hi-tech Dryer Manufacturing Co., Ltd. covers an area of 43,000 square meters and has assets of 110 million yuan. It has two standardized foundry workshops, four standardized mechanical processing workshops and an advanced physical and chemical testing center. There are 230 employees and 25 engineers and technicians. There are 15T, 8T and 5T cupolas in the foundry workshop, and two 50T bridge cranes. Castings of various materials below 70T can be cast in one time. The machine shop has two 4m vertical lathes, more than 50 special equipment for NC machine tools and dryer production, one 50T digital display high-speed dynamic balancing machine and seven 50T and 30T bridge cranes. It can produce a series of cast iron dryers of various specifications of 800mm~4000mm and high alloy calendering rollers of various types of 250mm~900mm, with an annual production capacity of 2000 sets.
