MND FITNESS is a trustworthy company specialized in designing, manufacturing, supplying, and servicing fitness equipment. As a specialist gym equipment manufacturer, we have built a large plant covering an area of 120 thousand square meters, including a manufacturing workshop, quality control laboratory, and exhibition hall.

Our experienced team of designers works intimately with customers to design their fitness products from scratch. All gym equipment we build is made of high-quality materials through an appropriate combination of automatic welding and manual welding processes to ensure a robust structure. And each of them is subjected to the strict testing for better performance in corrosion and rust resistance and long-lasting service life.

Currently, we are able to provide over 300 kinds of exercise equipment including cardio equipment and strength equipment with various specifications to meet your needs for commercial fitness or home workout.

So far, MND FITNESS's gym equipment has exported to over 100 countries and regions in Europe, Africa, Middle East, South America, and Southeast Asia.

At MND FITNESS, our manufacturing plant comes fully equipped with complete production lines and testing equipment to accomplish fitness equipment production in-house from raw materials to finished products and execute strict quality control as well. We are delighted to show some of our production processes as you can see from the below section to demonstrate our production capability.

Raw material storage: we have a large inventory of raw materials (steel) stored in our warehouse, enabling us to meet customer demands of mass production.

The thickness of steel tubing is crucial in adding product quality, all our fitness equipment uses high-quality tubing with a thickness of 3mm.

Utilizing laser cutting and engraving machines in our pre-production and cutting processes ensures high cutting precision while providing exquisite patterns.

In addition to laser cutting, we also have CNC shearing machines, CNC pipe bending machines, CNC lathes and milling machines, etc. which are essential to allow us to deliver significant amount of reliable fitness products.

With coverage of 5,000 meter square, our welding workshop consists of multiple welding areas that can work simultaneously to meet the needs of mass production.

At MND FITNESS, we have made an appropriate combination of automatic welding and manual welding. Our 5 automatic welding robots can provide high welding precision and save more material, while our welding personnel to get those complex jobs done efficiently with results meeting our rigid standards of excellence.

Welding must ensure the interchangeability of products. All products manufactured by our company adopt welding tooling to ensure the interchangeability of products

Our large amount of semi-finished products in stock is available for on-time delivery of large batches.

All fitness equipment parts are subjected to sandblasting to prepare for spray painting. After being spray coated with high grade resin powder and dried, secondary coating is carried out to give the surface a superior look.

Assembly workshop: a huge variety of our fitness equipment is assembled in this workshop.

A large number of finished products are stored in our finished goods warehouse. From here, every day approximately 2 or 3 containers of fitness equipment are shipped to customers all over the world.
