We are rigorous in selecting the factories that make the Kingbird range to ensure our high standards are met. We'll check workshops and equipment, production lines and delivery times. We'll also consider government registration and certification documents to help us grade a factory and decide whether it is satisfactory.

Traditionally hobbies and craft DIY is a difficult market to cater for. That's because tastes change swiftly and products and designs need to reflect those trends. Our product development team is perennially on the lookout for the latest ideas. We scour the markets in China and beyond for the latest arts and crafts designs to adapt. The best ideas from Contemporary Applied Arts students are incorporated into our range as well. We also work in tandem with Chinese as well as French and German design companies, to bring new products to market.
When we spot something we think the public will like we work swiftly. We cooperate with over 1,400 suppliers to provide samples to customers and launch new products into the market as quickly as possible. What's more, because we integrate the supply chain from designer to our factory to our suppliers, we can cut costs too.
