Qingdao Hanbee Garments & Caps Co.,Ltd. a joint venture company, is specialized in manufacturing and exporting all kinds of caps and knitted hats, such as baseball caps, sports caps, sun visors, military caps, bucket hats, knitted scarves, gloves, sports mittens, headbands and so on. We can design and make products according to customers' requirements or process with supplied materials.
Our factory was established in 2002, and passed the FLA audit in 2004, and got the Merchandise Authorization issued by Nike company. We have full advanced and efficient production lines from sewing, embroidering to packing, equipped with strict quality control system. Now we have more than 300 skilled workers, and our annual production capacity is more than 700,000 dozen of caps and beanies. So far, most of our products have been exported to all of the world which includes USA, Korea, Japan, South America and European Countries.
We control the quality from Material inspection, cutting inspection, embroidering and printing inspection and Semi-manufactured goods inspection to end product inspection. So we can ensure you the high quality caps and hats.
