Qufu Confucius Family Liquor Brewing Co., Ltd. is a large-scale industrial enterprise engaged mainly in liquor brewing in China. Our former, Confucian Mansion Family Mill started to brew liquor two thousand years ago and Confucius Family Liquor once was a kind of honorable liquor for emperors or gift to VIPs in the old days.
Stressed in quality management, Confucius Family was awarded the certificates of both ISO9000 and ISO14000 by China Quality Management Association as early as 2000. Our company now has developed several serial products of different grades and various flavors such as Mansion-stored, Great-tao, 1988 Series, Confucian-style, Aged Liquor, and Moral-people Liquor.
Confucius Family Liquor is famous for three "flavour" (smell, taste and after-taste) and three "right" (color, smell and liquor body). Brewed with special traditional techniques, presented natural elegant harmony in color, flavor and taste, together with suitable package of traditional cultural characteristics, Confucius Family Liquor is liked by consumers and famous at home and abroad. In 1988, Confucius Family Liquor of Confucius Family brand was awarded the national quality silver prize. Since 1980s, Confucius Family Liquor has been exported to over 20 countries and regions such as Korea, Japan, the United States, Russia, Italy, Spain, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hongkong.
Lee Kuanyew, former Singapore Prime Minister, once praised Confucius Family Liquor as "With elegant liquor, name and package three in one, Confucius Family Liquor has gone beyond the scope of pure commodities and become part of China's culture, may even be called the fourth Kong in Qufu (Confucius Mansion, Confucius Temple, and Confucius Forest called 'three-Kong')".
