Warranty:
The warranty period of Flexi's products is 12months. Technological defects, consumable parts or damage resulted from misuse are not warranted. Failure to use the camera according to Flexi's operation manual will void this warranty. This warranty is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Warranty period begins from seven (7) days after the date Flexi ships the products. Every product is tested before shipment. When you receive the product, please remove it from the package, read the operator's manual and follow all directions. If you have any questions, you are welcome to email us or call us.

Shipping terms:
1) international express delivery: DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, Aramex. The delivery time is 4-10 working days.
