CEC FreundSchaft Tech. Co.,Ltd. was jointly funded and established by CEC Industrial Internet and the leading enterprises of Putian City. It was formally founded on January 29, 2019, took the lead of promoting intelligent manufacturing and industrial Internet in Putian. The registered fund of the company is 50 million, and it has paid 30 million as of now.
Honor and Qualification
In 2019, CEC FreundSchaft was awarded a large-scale personalized customization application case in the footwear industry of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and outstanding innovative solutions of China Industrial Internet 2019, becoming one of 34 solutions selected. In 2020, CEC FreundSchaft won the second place in China Industrial Internet Contest 2020. It was selected as the second batch of Industrial Internet demonstration platforms and benchmarking enterprises in Fujian Province; it was approved by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for the Pilot Demonstration of the Integrated Development of manufacturing and Internet and also Specialized Professional Industrial Internet platform in 2020. CEC FreundSchaft has become one of the 8 approved Industrial Internet Platforms with regional characteristics.
Up to January 2021, 42 patents have been submitted, 18 software copyrights have been certified. 16 patents have been received certificates, 15 patents have entered the substantive examination stage. At present, CEC FreundSchaft has obtained Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series 18000, Quality Management System Certification, Environmental Management System, Information Security Certification, Intellectual Property Management System Certificate etc..
In 2021, CEC FreundSchaft will focus on three major directions:
1) Intelligent Manufacturing: production line upgrade, digitalized factory and other businesses;
2) E-commerce: import and export trade of raw materials and finished products in shoes and clothing industries, and e-commerce sales;
3)Regional Brands: research and development of multi-functional shoes, create a regional brand cluster of Putian good shoes, made Putian a cradle of world military shoes.
In February 2019, cooperated with SEMS Enterprise, the first domestic footwear industry scaled, industrialized, and customized demonstration production line was launched. This production line realized the intelligentization of R&D, production-manufacturing, warehouse logistics and sales services. Production cycle of single product does not exceed 2 hours, mixed colors and mixed types can be produced online at the same time. The production capacity reached 1500 pairs per day of personalized customized shoes.
Stand high and look far. CEC FreundSchaft will continue to innovate and make breakthroughs. Followed the guide of "opening-up and cooperation, collaborative innovation, online to offline, common development", based on Putian footwear industry, CEC FreundSchaft cooperates with SEMS Enterprise and other local footwear enterprises to create "KOPF" brand.
