our story:
The story started in 1953 before the factory was founded, it was the bronze manufacture process of Beijing's traditional music instrument factory. For satisfying the requirements of The 1990 Beijing Asian Games, the core person Mr. Zhang Xianling took the whore bronze team back to Huailai county, meanwhile, set up the factory, the whole team of experts started to work here.

Alone with Economic Reform and open up, the Huailai factory attempted to make the western percussion instruments. Brought in various modern machines, with years' hard-working, our factory had been the biggest production scale, most professional and widest products range one in the north of China.

In 1990, when is the 50th Anniversary National Day Parade of People Republic of China, the Huailai music instrument factory was chosen as the official marching cymbals supplier. The factory well-done the job by extremely high standards that earned industry compliments.

Step into the 21st century, the Huailai factory registered the brand "PULSE" and clarified its product line for the more specific target market. As a family business based on professional techniques, Our factory always keeps eye on long-term strategy, clear develop direction, decided to cooperate with the sales companies to promote products for more market acknowledgment. Since that, the factory started working with Tell trading company, at that time, Pulse signed many excellent drummers, leaned and worked with them to enhance the craft technique.

When Pulse goes international, We found "PULSE" was registered by the third party, therefore, We change the name as "CHANG", which is a more meaningful name. The new "CHANG" is operated by the third generation of the Chang family. We bring in new machines, upgrade techniques, sign more outstanding drummers, acknowledge more market feedback, visit overseas factories, gather information as much as we can to create the high-end cymbals that made in china.
