1. Knitting Department
There are 28 Taiwanese weft knitting machines. The company is guided by the concept of first-class quality, advanced equipment, strict management, to ensure the consistent high quality of the products, and the products meet the Japanese, European and American standards. Currently the main selling fabrics are:
Mesh fabrics, pineapple fabrics, single and double sided plain weave fabrics, single and double sided jacquard fabrics, single and double sided spandex fabrics, spandex air layer fabrics, thermal underwear fabrics, etc.
The functional fabrics the company has developed include: high flame-retardant polyester seat fabrics, quick-drying fabrics for children's underwear, moisture-absorbing and quick-drying sports fabrics, deodorant and antibacterial outdoor fabrics, anti-ultraviolet outdoor fabrics, anion health care fabrics, far-infrared thermal fabrics, etc. The fabric is widely used, including underwear clothing, tight sportswear, home textiles, home apparel, and child safety seats.
2.Sewing workshop:
The production equipment includes: automatic computer cutting bed, laser automatic cutting bed, 2 available 12cm special buttonhole machines, one needle detector, 2 large-size punches, more than 40 sewing machines, 5,000 children's sleeping bags per day, and children's cushions. The collection of knitted fabric workshops, compound workshops, and sewing products help our company gain unique advantages, and our company has become a first-class production enterprise focusing on quality.
