Material and Craft
Platform and Ladder: They adopt to cold plate molding process, do anti-rusty treatment, and then coated with software buffer layer on the surface to ensure the product more safety and weather resistance.
Post and Iron Accessories: They are made of high quality & high-strength carbon steel pipe. After molding process, welded points do closed treatment and surface coated with high-quality clean pre polyester powder, which makes it have good adhesion and impact strength.
Fastener type and Post Cap: They adopt to cast aluminum alloy parts and do double spraying treatment, making it beautiful, durable, anti-rusty and color lasting forever.
Rotational Part: It adopts to imported LLDPE of high-quality engineering plastic and shaped by rotational molding. Cartoon logo on the surface is mold forming with colorful, safe, environmental friendly, durable and difficult to loosen.
Specialized Fasteners: It adopts to good toughness & high-strength stainless steel which is anti-rusty even in high alkaline and high acidic environment and it reaches to anti-rusty, anti-thief and no security risk level.
