SHOWTECH TEAM
The Showtech team consists of a staff of 10 young professionals with various backgrounds to support the business. The team is very passionate and creative regarding the work they do. We focus on R & D to continuously launch new designs and products for consumers. Our team members also are experts in CAD drawing, image processing, video creation, 3d modeling and copywriting. We have a very strong ability to design molds independently. Xiujun Xiang led her group to reach a turnover of 7 million USD in 2019 which was a 25% increase from 2018. SHOWTECH FACTORY
Our factory is located Zhejiang Province which covers an area of 8,600 square meters. We are the largest outdoor vinyl products supplier in China. In the past 15 years, we have been continuously increasing our capacity to the point in which we currently have 12 extrusion lines, 4 mixers, 3 CNC machines and 5 notching machines.
Our factory has 50 employees to cover all areas of production work such as management, profile extrusions, profile cutting, routing holes, notching, glue caps, cleaning, QC, packing and loading the container. In 2019, we produced a total of 10,000 tons of PVC which is equivalent to 500 high container (40'HQ). We also have 6 punches and related equipment to produce various hardware such as hinges, latches, drop rods, etc. We provide customers with the convenience of a one-stop service for all their needs. In order to load products quickly and smoothly, we are equipped with 2 loading platforms that ensure that we never ship late.
