Little Orange Digital Printing was established in 2022, a wholly owned subsidiary of Huaxinmei Printing Co., Ltd, set up for the latest digital technology printing trend, and introduced HP's latest indigo 6K and multiple automatic cutting machines from the United States. After we joined Shenzhen Printing Association in 2005, we regularly introduce advanced printing equipment every year and learn the latest printing technology, so that our company always walks in the front of the industry, while our company adheres to the "customer first, quality first" for the purpose of solving all the custom label printing problems of our customers. Our company has a dust-free printing workshop with an area of more than 2000 square meters, specializing in the printing of electronic cigarette labels, daily chemical labels, transparent self-adhesive labels, special paper labels, laser self-adhesive labels, double-layer self-adhesive labels, anti-counterfeit labels, invisible two-dimensional code variable data and tickets, and has passed IS9000: 2008 quality management system, FSC forest certification system, to provide customers with quality of color management, and printing services. We have introduced 3 rotary 6+1 color printing machines, 1 PS version 6+1 color printing machine, which can print 120 meters per minute, 5 hot stamping and die-cutting machines, 1 screen printing machine, many Zebra industrial coding machines, and 1 inkjet printer, which can complete the whole process from feeding to finished products, and can do individual printing and fast shipping. At the same time, in order to meet the requirements of more high-end customers, in 2018, we reintroduced a fully imported PS version of the printer, which can meet the needs of customers to quantify the short version, (multi-species, small batch), and at the same time, we can realize different personalized custom printing such as 2D code, variable data, anti-counterfeiting, color barcode, silver scratch anti-counterfeiting, holographic 3D 2D code, etc., at one time. In order to ensure product quality, we also set up a product performance testing laboratory in 2013, equipped with color difference testers imported from the United States of America, Acuity adhesive testers, micrometers, etc., to provide you with reliable quality monitoring from label adhesion to color printing to finished product size to ensure that the products meet customer needs.
