Aluminium alloy casting and machining process which are regarded as a whole are another characteristics of our company besides all kinds of the toolings being designed and made by ourselves. We can design and make the toolings according to customer's samples or drawings, and produce the samples and finished parts that customers need. The company has the gravity casting machines, shot blasting machines, core shooting machines, heat treatment furnaces, CNC machines and NC lathe etc. In order to make sure the quality of every part, the company also equips the special test equipments such as the spectrum analysis apparatus, CMM, tension tester, hardness apparatus, Leak tester etc.
