I am Jack Lu, I started tungsten fishing business from 2003.
At that moment, there is almost only I doing this business, now
you can see a lot of different supplier declaring tosupply tungsten
fishing weight. Many of them, just buy and sell without acknowledgement.
Some of them, doing production and sell. I can say clever people
is making fast money in other area. Not so clever people is doing
"Made in China".
In the past 14 years, I have learned a lot such as:
1 Formular of powder metal and sintering to optimize its hardness
to machine and density target
2 Forming ability and mold structure and mold material and mold
surface treatment and 3D design. With these, I can optimized customer's
design combined possibility and economy for production.
3 Hardness between different material and possiblity to machine
4 strength between different glue, different soldering, different welding
and what following situation after that
5 surface treatment such as painting, powder coaitng, gavanic coating
we can do very strong painting, our galvanic coating will not be tarnished
even in salt water
With all acknowledgements I have, I developped a lot of
excellent product with customer together.Some of them wasted
time in other supplier, but with my help, I realize their amazing
idea into product fastly.I am proud for all I can do.
