Prior to the current consoildate group structure the company operated in the bicycle industry since 1997.

The company structure was established in 2012,actvatinng in the bicycle industry both on the production and distribution sides with Carpat Sport SRL as its distributor.

A new factory was built next to the old one in 2011 with brand new semi-automated production lines installed ,benefiting from over 12.000 sqm of logistics platform( warehousing and storage halls).

As of 2016 the group represents one of the largest bicycle factories/suppliers in Romania.
