PEMCO HARDWARE CO., LTD is a group corporation of 3 plants and a company for export, aiming to provide high-quality stainless steel balustrades, handrail fittings , patch fittings , stainless steel shower cubicle and stainless steel profile including stainless steel welded pipe , slotted pipe , flat & angle , solid rod , sheet.
In 1997,we decided to enter this field and soon the Stainless Steel rail fitting factory was born . At that time, our main production technology is punching and welding products.
To cater for different needs of stainless steel markets , we set up a stainless steel 201 welded pipe factory with 15 lines in 2000.
In 2003 , we established a company for export. Export business was growing fast at that time . Thanks to the support of customers . We have been able to extend our product range and open up the stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316 welded pipe production line in 2013.
With the global economic development , Customers' demand is increasing . Meanwhile , we are improving our production capacity and quantity . To speed up the delivery time , Nowadays , we have 4 workshops for producing stainless steel welded pipe , handrail fittings , patch fittings and shower cubicle.
For the stainless steel pipe, We have 58 stainless steel 201 welded production lines, 23 polishing production lines. Every month we can produce 3000 tons of stainless steel 201 welded pipe. Meanwhile, we have 51 stainless steel 304 and 316 welded pipe lines and 20 polishing lines which can reach 600# and 800# polish standard,monthly can produce 2000Tons.
For the fittings, we have our mould production team,which can afford many type of stainless steel fittings production. Punching, Casting, CNC cutting technology will be our strong advantage to enlarge our business all over the world.
As being cooperated with all kinds of customers,we're professional and continual to design the new fashion stainless steel product to cater for different countries' markets,and harvest long-term support from them about 10 years.
Especially the stainless steel handrail projects, There are a lot of project buyers to import materials directly from our company, and not through intermediaries. Because our company has a team of engineering handrail drawings, we can communicate directly with the contractor about the technical level. So we can very well meet their customized needs, as well as installation techniques.We have finished a lot of residential building, commercial building, shopping mall, hospital, airport,villas handrail project cases.
