Vigour fashion knitwear was founded in 2012. The company is located in Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong Province. Since its establishment, it has been focusing on the design, production and sales of all kinds of sweaters. Our goal is to provide customers with one-stop service, from yarn selection, trademark design to product production and packaging material customization, so as to make the design and production of customers' products more convenient in China and realize the rapid growth of the brand!
At present, we have our own design team in Guangzhou and the European design center in Rome, Italy. When the sales season comes, we provide customers with no less than 200 new models of the current season according to their market style characteristics, so as to help them win the first opportunity in the sales of the new quarter. We recommend popular colors and accessories to customers and provide cost-effective products to help our customers make sales profits.
In order to better serve customers, we invested in Dongguan x factory in 2017 to achieve strategic cooperation. X factory is located in Dalang Town, Dongguan City, a famous woolen sweater town in China. There are 150 3gg-16gg computer looms, with an annual output of 700000 woolen sweaters. The factory can produce sweaters with various processes, including rib, Siping, pearl ground, hanging wool, jacquard, embroidery, printing and nailing beads. At present, it has obtained SGS, BSCI, ISO and other quality system certification.
"Strictly control every production link, ensure good product quality and no defective products for customers" is our service tenet. Each of our products must go through a complete production process: loom, film inspection, sewing plate, pick and collision, lamp, washing water, nail buckle, vehicle mark, preliminary inspection, general inspection, ironing, ruler and packaging.
In order to cooperate with our new growing trading partners, we have some hot selling styles in stock. We also support customization with a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces / model. The fastest sample delivery time is three days and the fastest bulk delivery time is 20 days.
