Guangdong Hunter Valley Precision Casting Technology Co., Ltd., located in Guangdong Province,China.(160km far from Guangzhou city). We entered the precision casting industry in the year of 2005. It is a company based on the molding and manufacturing of stainless steel metal materials, including the integration of global customer services from product research and development to the shipment of final products. Over the years, we have been guided by market demand, independently design new products, research and development of new processes, independently develop precision casting ERP management system and also produce related intelligent production equipment. Dedicated to provid reliable products and services to the middle to high - end customers.
After more than 15 years of management, we got a richer experience in production lines. In order to further expand the production capacity, Hunter Valley built a new factory in Chegang Town, Xinxing County, in May 2020. The new plant covers 13.7 acres(about 55000m2) and the main workshop area nearly 40, 000 square meters. With a total investment of 180 million RMB, the project is divided into two phases. The first phase of the project is planned to be completed and put into operation in 2021, with a design capacity of 2, 800 tons / year, and the second phase of the project will be completed in 2023, and the annual output will reach 5, 500 tons.
After the completion of the new plant project in Hunter Valley, it will have three functions: R&D and manufacturing of high-tech precision castings, transformation of achievements of production, education and research, and industrial tourism demonstration site.
Build a professional basic research laboratory for precision casting, and build a large-scale intelligent manufacturing base for high-tech precision casting parts.
Build an industry-university-research education base, introducing research institutions to undertake research projects, promoting the transformation of research achievements. We will continue to increase the momentum of corporate development.
Build a factory with a landscape features such as huangshan landscape and European castle workshop. It will be a well-known industrial tourism business card in western part of Guangdong, China.
