Xiamen Nongfengyuan Plastic Tents Development Co., Ltd., formerly known as Xiamen Shipeng Industrial and Trading Co., Ltd., is located in Xiamen, a special economic zone enjoying the fame as "a garden on the sea". It is a professional enterprise with about 20 years of experience in the production and manufacturing of steel structures and greenhouse.
In response to the policies of the state to support the industry of agricultural facilities, we established Xiamen Nongfengyuan Plastic Tents Development Co., Ltd. in 2011. We have successively made an investment of RMB 20 million in the factory with a total floor area of 25,000 m2 and an actual building area of 8,500 m2. With over 100 employees (including 30 developers and designers), we several professional installation teams and vehicles for distribution, transportation and business.
We are specialized at the research, development, production, installation and distribution of greenhouses for seedling, plantation and cultivation and other auxiliary facilities. Over years of innovation, research and development, valiant trials and improvements have been made in the structure of greenhhouse, making it more reasonable and convenient in production and installation, more beautiful and strong in appearance, and more competitive in quality and price on the market, thus shaping a win-win situation between we and you.
We have obtained two innovation patent and fourty five structural patents. What's more, it was honored as a high-tech enterprise and became a member of an association of high-tech enterprises in October 2015. And In Nov, 2016, we get the investment from Xiamen Tech Bureau, which fully affirming the strong capabilities of the company to conduct technological innovation and high-end technological development in its field.
With a great amount of capital input in production, we possesses many Panasonic and Yaskawa intelligent robots, Panasonic CO2 shielded welders, CNC groove machines, CNC pipe-shrinkage machines, punching machines with tonnage ranging from 16 to 75 tons, pipe cutters, pipe benders and other equipment, basically realizing an operation process integrating automated assembly line production and logistics distribution, while developing in a more intelligent, standardized and normalized manner.
