In order to meet the needs of increasing production, Bainianxing introduced FUJI NXT3 placement machine and JUKI K-RS1/3010/3020vam SMT high speed module patch production line, each line can be tiled 70,000 points per hour, and the placement accuracy can reach 0.035mm, which can meet the smallest device 0201/01005 precision requirements.
The company's production capacity is about 8 million points per day.
