Jiangyin Meituo Metal Products Co., Ltd. is located in Changjiang River Delta, where the economy is most developed in China. With Changjiang River 10000 Ton Level Deepwater Quay in north, Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway in south, No.304 Provincial Highway (Zhen Cheng Highway) in front of our company, the transportation is very convenient. Our fixed assets are 30 million Yuan. Both new and old factories cover an area of 45mu (3 hectares). The building area is 12000 square meters. There are three large modern workshops and one 400KV/A power transformer in the new factory, and one 250KVA power transformer in the old factory. Our company becomes a modern enterprise with powerful developing ability and garden like environment.

After many years' development, our company has greatly expanded production scale and has powerful metal sheet and die casting manufacturing ability. Our production equipment is complete, for example, 10 of 125 ton, 160 ton and 200 ton punching machines in large punching workshop, 100 ton, 200 ton and 315 ton hydraulic presses, small and large plate shearing machines and 160 ton, 180 ton, 280 ton and400 ton die casting machines in die-casting workshop. In order to meet the growing demands of customers, our company bought several 500 ton and 800 ton die casting machines. The metal working workshop has 10 CNC instrument lathes and 5 large lathes and 20 drilling machines. Die making workshop which was constructed in 2006, is equipped with 3 linear cutting machines, 1 electric pulse machining lathe, 1 cross arm drilling machine, 3 grinding machines and 3 milling machines. Our company can independently develop many kinds of moulds now.

There are more than 300 employees in our company, 28 of them have received high education and 6 of them are senior technicians. Our company mainly makes the parts of washing machines, dust vacuums, automobiles, electric tools and safe boxes. Our production covers three industries, i.e. household electric appliances, automobiles and electric tools. Our company has own independent R&D department and laboratory with powerful developing ability. Our company is the first household electric appliance enterprise successfully replacing aluminum alloy with magnesium alloy.

Our main customers are Haier Group, Midea Group, Midea Royalstar, Suzhou Positec Electric Tools Company, Zhangjiagang Sieg Electric Tools Company and Huangshan Automobile Machinery Company. Our company attained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification in 2000. Our company is one the first group enterprises attaining the certification of RoHS management system and becomes class A and B supplier of Haier Group, Little Swan Group, Midea Group and Royalstar Group. We have advanced inspection equipment, such as three dimensional coordinatographs, RoHS inspection spectrometers, tension testers and salt spray test chambers. Our product quality can be guaranteed by both software and hardware.
