Hello everyone, welcome to the live show, my name is Catherine. In the next program, I will take you to visit the production workshops of our factory. The first of all, we want to introduce is our warehouse, including finished product warehouse and raw material warehouse. Here where I stand is a corner of raw material warehouse. We have standard warehousing procedures and strict inspection procedures for all raw materials warehousing. Now let's take a look at how our QC inspect the incoming products. Let us interview our warehouse QC.
Me: (Speaking to QC in Chinese) Hello, we would like to know what we will do before the raw material are adopted in warehouse?
OK, thank you. The inspector just told me that we first check the raw materials that arrive at a rate of about 20%. For example, there are about 400 castings in a bag, and we will randomly select 80 pcs. We will first check at the appearance. If there is pores and cold grids .The thickness of the jet pump body is not less than 3.5cm, otherwise it is cold grid), Then take the weight, the weight must meet the standard. Then we use measuring instruments to test the machining accuracy of the castings.
If the random inspection rate is higher than 10%, we will reject the entire batch and return it for processing. If lower than 10%, but above 5%, we will increase the ratio and test it at a 50%. If the rate is still higher than 20%, we will reject it and return it. The quality control of a product must first start with the raw materials in the warehouse. Our factory has been conscientiously implementing this.
Next we are going to visit the rotor workshop. The main rotor processes are shaft machining, adding aluminum liquid into rotor ball, then pressed the shaft into the rotor ball. All the process are completely by these machines. Here are the shafts,this one is rough material, after being processed by our machine, becomes an shiny shaft with a keyway thread of shape. This mahichine is pressure the shaft into the rotor ball. Then stator production is compplete. During the production, we have first self-inspection, and then patrol inspection and random inspection to ensure stable quality. But if you think that after the these inspecitons, we will directly supply rotors to our assembly workshop, then you are wrong. Each rotor mush take balance testing and slots testing. First, let's take a look at the slots test. As we know the inside rotor ball, we need to add liquid aluminium. detectIf there is break inside, the water pump motor can not work. This machines can detect all the slots. Then next is the balance test. The gap between the sensor of the water pump motor and the stator is very large. A slight deviation of the balance will cause friction and damage the motor. Therefore, all inspections are 100% inspected to ensure stable product quality. Only qualified rotors will enter into our warehouse.
Then next I would like show you is our newly invested equipment this year. This is electrophoresis machine which is an advanced anti-rust treatment for the pump body. We often call it E-coating. As we know pump body is made of cast iron, and it is inevitably touch water. Normally we will make primer painting over pump body to avoid rust, but this is actually not enough. Some clients they need high anti-rust requirements. They may require brass or stainless plate insert in pump head, but the cost will be much higher. Therefore, if we make E-coating, it can not only solve the cost problem, but also solve the problem of rust prevention. At present, this set of equipment is still under installation and debugging, and it is expected to be put into use in a few months. At that time, it will bring us a double harvest of quality and benefits.
