Shenzhen Yuansu plastic products company is a new branch of Dongguan Zelin plastic products company who has over 16year experience on producing plastic trays, boxes, and food package trays. We have a complete production line from producing plastic raw material to the end of packing products.
Our R&D department has highly work efficiency, they can make a prototype sample within 2 hours. If customer would like to make any change they can amend immediately.
We have 2pcs material produce machine, 10pcs plastic vacuum forming machines, 20pcs punching machines, 10 folding machines, 2pcs glue machines, which can provide a complete production line and packing for our customers.
For Quality, we take much strict proceeding on products quality, every vacuum forming machine worker will inspect each formed sheet, when goods go to be punched, each punch work will inspect it again. And then each packing employee will inspect finished tray, boxes before packing. Finally our QC will do the final inspection before delivery goods to customers.
