5. We have more than dozens hundred design of ours aggressilve ,fashion,classic ,tough,brilliant and OE replica designs , Customer design is accepted and 2D and 3D output is within 5 days .Ensure delivery time is 15 days mostly .
6. Forged wheels is excent performance than casting wheels .llike hardness ,mechanical properties ,and design make, and we could do what we can imagine design no like casting wheels limitation .
Usually we adopted TUV ,SFI ,VIA standard as quality standard but our parameter are far above those standard ,so we offer 2 years quality and life time structure warranty .
Most of our painting wheels use bright poder as last layer so have excelent resist corrision and far away 720 hours salt fog testing .same like Gloss/Matt black ,gun metal wheels , there no bright paiting paiting in our factory . Only bright powder .
We have most common center cap applier and we can accept customer 's logo too ,or some milling cap or customerization idea,imagination .
Usually we use caton box outside ,and pearl cotton ,shower cap ,plastic foam pad , and some of customer require bibble circle to protect flange double protection . Customer requirement can be negotiated .
