The factory has a standard workshop of 25,000 square meters and more than 500 workers. The production workshop can be subdivided into metalworking, spray, assembly and warehouse and it is equipped with 2 automatic assembly lines, 6 sets of welding robots, 40 punching machines and automatic spraying lines. The monthly production capacity of the factory can reach 30,000 units.
In addition to the production ability, the factory also has a R&D team with strong technology. Through a few months' efforts, the products of the company passed the tests and gained the certification of CE, CB, RoHS.
Cooperated with Shanghai Wenjia, the company developed a series of OVICX treadmill in less than one year, including the series: Q1; QC; Q2; Q2S; X3; I1; A1. Designed by the global pioneering design company, breaking through the traditional design with fashion elements, the products have already obtained 60 patents.
