We are Hebei kingdo-Forge Co.,Ltd. We are the professional leading casting foundry in the northern part of China which engaged in casting and machining for grey iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel products.
Our foundry area is 35000 square meter, the workshop area is 28000 square meter, we have more than 280 employees and also more than 40 intermediate and senior engineers. Our foundry has passed the British SGS 9001 international quality system and also passed TUV ISO 9001 quality management system , TUV IRIS 22163 certification, TUV PED certification, environmental management system ISO14001:2015,occupational health safety management system BSOHSAS 18001:2017
We has two automatic resin sand production line, 20 core shooters, two 2 tons electric furnaces, one 1 ton electric furnace and one 0.5 ton electric furnace.
We have more than 30 sets CNC machining equipments and machining center. We also have full set inspection equipments such as Spike direct-reading spectrometer, three-coordinate detection equipment, Faro articulated arm three-coordinate measuring instrument, low-temperature impact testing machine, ultrasonic flaw detection, tensile testing machine, metallographic microscope and advanced laboratory.
Our mainly products are compressor housings, railway train gearbox hosuing, hydraulic motors, pump & valve, wind power generation parts, elevator components, and foreign machine tool components.
