Ningbo Jinlin Knitting Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful Hangzhou Bay New Area. The factory covers an area of more than 30000 square meters, with a construction area of 30636 square meters. It has assets of more than 179.36 million yuan (including fixed assets of more than 76.79 million) and more than 280 employees. It is a comprehensive professional dyeing and finishing enterprise integrating dyeing, scientific research center and processing and molding. The annual output can reach more than 37000 tons. We can design, dye and process all kinds of blended raw materials such as cotton, polyester cotton, plush and coral velvet according to the requirements of customers. In 2008, the company was also awarded the honorary title of "China dyeing and finishing R & D base" by China dyeing and finishing Association.
The enterprise has a high-quality technical team, which can design scientific and reasonable process flow according to the different needs of customers at home and abroad. In order to better control management and production, the enterprise has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification. The enterprise adopts imported dye dyeing, which is highly praised by our customers. In order to protect the environment, the enterprise also has a water purification system with a daily treatment capacity of 2000 tons and an open width setting machine imported from Taiwan. (at present, we are planning to import a full computer jet overflow dyeing machine, a box overflow full computer dyeing machine, a set of Glinda Max colorimeter imported from the United States and a set of color fastness testing equipment imported from the United Kingdom).
