Dalian Deshengda Precision Products Co Ltd was found in 1987 and located in Dalian China. The previous name is Desheng In 2013 we started investing to build the new factory due to the increasing demand of production New factory is located in new industrial park within bonded area, it covers a site area of 26000 square meter and a construction area of 24000 square meter. In May 2016, new factory was brought into operation formally and change the name to Dalian Deshengda. At present Deshengda has developed into a high-end casting manufacturer base integrated with research manufacturing marketing and service. Annual production capacity nearly a thousand of tons, the main material of products covers stainless steel heat-resistant stainless steel carbon steel wear-resistant cast iron etc. We provide products to many foreign factories, range from 0.05kg to 200kg, maximum size of castings 1400x1000x200mm. Over ninety percent o f products are exported to Asia,America and Europe. Our production workshop was distributed as per the technology process as following
MOLD MAKING DEPARTMENT
ZY series wax injection machines, adopt the advanced wax constant-temperature and wax injection system, conduct heat and thermal insulation base on water. High operation security and shrinkage stability, improve the quality of wax mold. The technology of wax injection and assembly is designed exactly to assure the high quality of the wax mold.
SHELL MAKING DEPARTMENT
Electric-heating steam de-waxing kettle with the advanced function of pressure change control, assure the accuracy of processing time within plus or minus 0.1S and pressure within plus or minus 0.01MPa, the pressure boost of de-waxing at 0-7kgf/cm 2 only takes 3 seconds. Improve high temperature strength of the shell to avoid any crack shell. The automatic drying line has improved the work efficiency greatly and controlled the temperature, humidity and wind speed exactly to assure the quality of the shell mold.
CASTING DEPARTMENT
The medium frequency induction furnace is designed base on advanced German technology,fast heating speed, less oxidation, high heating efficiency, better technology repeatability, constant material properties. Improve the quality of molten steel, upgrade mechanical properties of the castings, pro-long the service life of the products. Import OBLF direct reading spectrometer from Germany, the optical system adopts PMT detector with 30 inspection channels, fully analyzes the molten steel to assure its chemical composition qualified.
POST-PROCESSING DEPARTMENT
High-end re-processing equipment assure perfect surface of the castings to meet machining requirement of high precision castings.
